We Make Returns Simple
At Zayla Tech, we’re committed to providing you with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery
  • The product is defective or malfunctioning
  • You received an incorrect item

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

How to Request a Return
To start the return process, email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refund Method

  • All refunds are issued in cash only
  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Only items paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) are eligible for refund

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items reported after the 7-day return window
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
  • Final sale or customized products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
